*   **Verification Data:** To complete our vetting process, we collect information related to your business licenses, insurance coverage, and consent to conduct background checks.
*   **Financial Data:** To facilitate payouts, we require you to provide financial information to our third-party payment processor.
*   **Communication Data:** We collect records of your communications with Homeowners through the Platform.

*   **To Improve Our Artificial Intelligence:**
    *   We use the Diagnostic Data (photos, videos, audio, text) and your feedback to train, develop, and improve the accuracy and capabilities of our AI diagnostic models. This is essential for making our service more helpful and reliable for everyone.

    *   To manage our secure escrow system for payments and to process payouts to Contractors.

*   **Between Homeowners and Contractors:**
    *   When a Homeowner creates a Service Ticket, we share the ticket (including the Diagnostic Data like photos and videos, the AI report, and property address) with a select group of qualified and available Contractors to allow them to review the job and submit a quote.
    *   We share a Contractor's public profile (business name, specialties, reviews) with Homeowners. A Contractor's direct contact information is only shared once a job is officially booked.
*   **With Third-Party Service Providers:**
    *   We do not sell your personal information. We do, however, share information with trusted third-party companies that perform services on our behalf. We have contracts with these providers to ensure they protect your information. These include:
        *   **Authentication:** We use **Auth0** to securely manage user logins and account authentication.
        *   **Payment Processing:** We use **Stripe** to process all payments, manage our escrow system, and handle contractor payouts. We do not store your full credit card number or banking details on our servers.
